for approximately 100 acres south of Highway 24 on the east side

if the Commission would be receptive to the planned development
concept for this area. The Commission advised Mr. Styza that he
would have to submit a proposal for the area before they could
indicate their feelings toward such a project.

There was discussion of the three acre parcels, farmettes
and the feasibility of sewering the area in the future. Mayor
Wieselmann advised that studies indicate that sewers could be
extended to that area.
Plan Consultant Mangiamele advised that if the area is a
potential future area for sewer service, such large lots will be
expensive to sewer and perhaps create a problem if the owners
should decide to divide the lots.
