PCM19691007e CITY PIAN COMMISSION CITY OF MUsKEGO MINUTES OF MEETING HEID OCTOBER 7, 1969 CITY HALL Mayor Wieselmann called the meeting to order at 8:05 0. M. PRESENT: Mayor Donald Wieselmann, Chairman, Ald. Frank Narlock, Mrs. Jean Sanders. Plan Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Building Secretary, Charles Buehler, City Engineer Joseph Kelsenberg, and Inspector Lee were also present. Alvin Basse arrived at 8:45 P. M. ABSENT: Willard Bertram and Edward Raimann MINVTES: Mr. Kelsenberg moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting of September 16, 1969, as mailed. Ald. Narlock seconded the motion and the motion carried. - """"" PERSONAL APPEARANCES JOHN COVTURE (FRAME & ABEL PROPERTIES) - Atty.Couture Development Corp. and William Paschke, representative of Paschke appeared and introduced Nick Raich, representative of Kassuba & Associates, Architects. the Bryan Ardis Frame and Les Abel properties on Janesville Road which have rezoning petitions pending to rezone their properties had been arrived at after consultation with the city's former to RSM (Multiple Family Residence). Mr. Kelsenberg seconded the motion and the motion carried. It was noted by the Commission that a public hearing to consider this request has been scheduled for October 28, at 7:OO P. M. before the Common Council. The Commission expressed concern that there were no pro- visions in the ordinance which would allow a beer and liquor -4 license to be obtained in other than a business zoned district.
