CITY HALL MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 16, 1969
Mayor Wieselmann called the meeting to order at 8:04 P. M.
Secretary, Alvin Basse, Willard Bertram, Charles Buehler, City
PRESENT: Mayor Donald Wieselmann, Chairman, Ald. Frank Narlock,
Engineer Joseph Kelsenberg, Edward Raimann and Mrs. Jean Sanders.
Building Inspector Lee was also present.
MINUTES: Mr. Kelsenberg moved to approve the minutes of the
previous meeting of September 2, 1969, as mailed. Mr. Basse
seconded the motion and the motion carried.

PERSONAL APPEARANCES
RAYMOND WALLNER - Mr. Wallner, S71 W19622 Hi Y Drive,
appeared and the Commission reviewed a preliminary plat and

PLAN CONSULTANT - Mr. Forrest Robinson, president of Stone & Robinson Associates, Inc.? introduced Mr. Barrie B. Greenbie,
who would provide the plannlng services, as he had been unable
to be present during that firm's interview for the position of
plan consultant on September 2, 1969.
The proposals submitted by Jordan Miller & George Waltz,

Architects, A.I.A. & Associates, (Dr. Joseph Mangimele, Plan
Greenbie, Plan Consultant), and Hoffmann, Polzin, Becker & Assoc.

On the nominating ballot, the firm of Hoffmann, Polzin,
Becker & Assoc. received two votes and the firm of Jordan Miller & George Waltz Associates received six votes.
On the second ballot, Hoffmann, Polzin, Becker & Assoc.
recesved one vote and Jordan Miller & George Waltz received seven
votes.
Mr. Kelsenberg moved to approve the selection of the firm
consultants. Ald. Narlock seconded the motion and upon a roll
of Jordan Miller & George Waltz Associates as the city's plan
call vote the motion carried unanimously.

BUDGET COMMITTEE - Mayor Wieselmann appointed Charles
Buehler. Ed Raimann and Ald. Frank Narlock to serve on the -
Budget Committee. It was the Committee’s decision to schedule
a meeting for Wednesday, September 24, 1969, at 7:30 P. M.,
with Dr. Mangiamele.

for Sensible Belt Line Development, opposing the proposed
corridor of the belt line through southeastern Wisconsin was

ADJOURNMENT - Ald. Narlock moved for adjournment, Mr. Raimann
seconded the motion and the meeting adjourned at 9:40 P. M.
