The person who was thinking of purchasing them inquired as to the zoning restrictions which might apply to these lots. He was told that they could not be sold. Since that time I have tried to purchase additional land so that these lots might fall into the zoning requirements, however, I was unable to do so as the farmer, Mr. Martin, was not willing to sell. Now I find myself with two pieces of worthless property. I feel this is unfair as these lots were originally purchased as individual lots. I am enclosing a land survey of the lots mentioned. I would appreciate your prompt consideration in this matter. I am a resident and home owner in the community of Muskego. Polzin, President of the firm, has had an extensive car eer in planning. Having served on New Berlin's Plan Commission for over six years, Mr. Polzin is keenly aware of the problems involved in planning and building a young, growing city. Since he has also been extensively involved with private developments, he is well aware of what must be done to prepare plans that are not only beneficial to the City but that are also realistic so as to allow their implementation. He offers the rare qualification of having substantial experience on both sides of the proverbial fence. Since he is considered to be one of the best land planners familiar with Muskego having lived and worked in the area for almost in the area, and perhaps even more important, since he is very twenty years, Mr. Polzin would be deeply involved in the city's planning work. City Engineer of both New Berlin and Franklin, communities which are very similar in many respects to the City of Muskego. While employed in New Berlin from 1963 to 1966, Mr. Becker initiated a planning program which is being followed to this day. During his employment with Franklin from 1966 to 1969, he continued the mapping program previously started and initiated a program of Precise Neighborhood Planning. In New Berlin he was Executive Secretary of the Plan Commission and in Franklin he was Planning Co-ordinator. Mr. Becker enjoys a close relationship with the officials of the Southeastern Wis. Regional Planning Commission in addition to officials of the numerous other governmental agencies such as the Waukesha County Park & Planning Comm., the Dept. of Natural Resources and the Highway Commission which are normally involved in planning and building a city. Due to the substantial municipal planning experience accumulated over thirteen years of Municipal employment, Mr. Becker would not only be deeply involved in the city's planning work but would probably be the firm's representative at the Plan Commission meetings. Hoffmann, Polzin, Becker and ASSOC., Inc., recently acquired the services of Mr. Robert Hasselkus who, for health reasons, re- signed the position of Executive Director of the Park & Planning Commission of Waukesha County. In addition to his extensive planning experience, Mr. Hasselkus' associations with officials on both a county and state level will prove to be invaluable as Muskego develops. We feel that our firm is well qualified to meet the planning needs of the City of Muskego, and therefore, we are looking forward in the immediate future. to your favorable consideration of our firm and hope to serve you Ralph A.
