MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD JULY 29, 1969
CITY HALL
Mayor Wieselmann called the meeting to order at 1O:OO P. M.
PRESENT: Mayor Donald Wieselmann, Chairman, Ald. Frank Narlock,
Secretary, Alvin Basse, Willard Bertram, Charles Buehler, City
Engineer Joseph Kelsenberg, Ed Raimann and Mrs. Jean Sanders.
The Plan Commission and Common Council held a joint executive
session just prior to this Plan Commission meeting.
Ald. Narlock moved that it is the desire of the Plan Commission
effective August 6, 1969. Mr. Basse seconded the motion and
that the agreement with Nelson and Associates be terminated
upon a roll call vote, Mayor Wieselmann, Ald. Narlock, Messrs.
Sanders and Mr. Buehler voted against the motion and Mr. Raimann
Basse, Bertram and Kelsenberg voted in favor of the motion, Mrs.
abstained from voting.
The Commission discussed the procedure of obtaining a replacement.
Mr. Buehler moved that the City Clerk be instructed to contact the
Commission recommend prospective plan consultants to this board
Waukesha County Park & Planning Commission and request that their
Kelsenberg seconded the motion and the motion carried.
in order to secure qualified firms for interviewing. City Engineer
Chairman Wieselmann declared the meeting adjourned at 10:25 P. M.
