M. and introduced the new city engineer, Joseph Kelsenberg. PRESENT: Mayor Donald Wieselmann, Chairman, Ald. Frank Narlock, Secretary, Alvin Basse, Willard Bertram, Charles Buehler, Ed Raimann and Mrs. Jean Sanders. Plan Consultant Russell Knetzger and City Engineer Joseph Kelsenberg were also present. ABSENT: Building Inspector Lee MINUTES: Mrs. Sanders moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting of April 2, 1969, as mailed. Mr. Basse seconded the motion and the motion carried. At the previous meeting it was a parcel on the east side of Mystic Drive (which is not in the the Commission's decision that Mr. Baas be encouraged to divide proposed school site) and that the Commission would contact the school board to determine if they are interested in this site for a future school. Mayor Vlieselmann advised that he had contacted the school board and they have requested to meet with the Plan Commission to discuss this site and other sites indicated on the comprehensive plan. Tentative dates for the joint meeting chosen were Tuesday, April 29th, or Wednesday, April 30th, these dates to be submitted to the school board for consideration. Mr. Beierle advised that it is his intention to construct five 3 family units on this property. It was noted by the Commission that the petition will be sub- mitted to the Common Council April 22nd to schedule the public hearing.
