PRESENT: Mayor Donald Wieselmann, Chairman, Ald. Frank Narlock, Sec'y, Alvin Basse, Willard Bertram, Charles Buehler, Ed Raimann and Mrs. Jean Sanders. Plan Consultant Russell Knetzger and Building Inspector Lee were also present. MINWES: Mrs. Sanders moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting of January 21, 1969, as mailed. Ald. Narlock seconded the motion and the motion carried. """"" PERSONAL APPEARANCES has requested that he be scheduled for the next meeting as he is unable to appear at this time. FRANK AGENTEN - The Recording Secretary reported that Mr. Agenten SURVEYOR RONALD ZIMMERMAN - Mr. Zimmerman appeared and submitted a certified survey map tor a one acre division of the Alma Bass property on Mystic Drive, NW&, Sec. 14, on which Gloria Hermanson desires to build a home. Surveyor Zimmerman also submitted a sketch of a possible layout of the entire Bass property indicating lots which could be reduced in size in the event sewer becomesavailable. Planner Knetzger questioned if Mrs. Hermanson would be willing to move the proposed lot nearer to the existing buildings on the farm, however, Surv. Zimmerman pointed out that they had chosen this site because it was a high point on the property. Planner Knetzger advised that the remainder of this property might be a potential multiple family area and requested that Surv. Mrs. Sanders COUTURE - FRAME - As concerns this request for rezoning 23.81 acres of the Bryan Ardis Frame property on Janesville Rd. from RSA, WF and RS-2 to RSM, the following communication from City Engineer John Mielke, dated Feb. 3, 1969, was reviewed by the Commission: "Gentlemen: service to the Frame property on the north side of Highway 24 in the existing sewer system along Highway 24. From an examination of topographic maps of the area, we have determined that most of the land in this parcel is too low to service with the sewer on Highway 24. There are some areas, in fact, where the ground surface is lower than the sewer invert on Highway 24. We have investigated the possibility of providing sanitary sewer northwest quarter of Section 10 by the extension of lines from the Page 2 - Plan Commission February 4, 1969 to service with the existing mains, is the frontage along Highway 24. PLANNING CONFERENCE SERIES - The Recording Secretary reminded the Commissioners of the Planning Conference to be held Saturday, Wieselmann, Building Inspector Lee, Mr. Basse, Mr. Buehler, and February 15th, noting that reservations have been made for Mayor Ald. Narlock. Mr. Buehler requested that his reservation be canceled as he will be unable to attend. Mr. Raimann indicated that he could possibly attend the session in Mr. Buehler's place.
