Mayor Wieselmann called the meeting to order at 8:17 P. M.
PRESENT: Mayor Donald Wieselmann, Chairman, Ald. Frank Narlock,
Sec'y, Alvin Basse, Willard Bertram, Charles Buehler, Ed Raimann and
Mrs. Jean Sanders. Plan Consultant Russell Knetzger and Building
Inspector Lee were also present.
MINWES: Mrs. Sanders moved to approve the minutes of the previous
meeting of January 21, 1969, as mailed. Ald. Narlock seconded the
motion and the motion carried.

FRANK AGENTEN - The Recording Secretary reported that Mr. Agenten
SURVEYOR RONALD ZIMMERMAN - Mr. Zimmerman appeared and submitted
a certified survey map tor a one acre division of the Alma Bass property
on Mystic Drive, NW&, Sec. 14, on which Gloria Hermanson desires to
build a home. Surveyor Zimmerman also submitted a sketch of a possible
layout of the entire Bass property indicating lots which could be
reduced in size in the event sewer becomesavailable.
Planner Knetzger questioned if Mrs. Hermanson would be willing
to move the proposed lot nearer to the existing buildings on the farm,
however, Surv. Zimmerman pointed out that they had chosen this site
because it was a high point on the property. Planner Knetzger advised
that the remainder of this property might be a potential multiple
family area and requested that Surv. Zimmerman so advise his client,
to which he was agreeable.

PLANNING CONFERENCE SERIES - The Recording Secretary reminded
the Commissioners of the Planning Conference to be held Saturday,
Wieselmann, Building Inspector Lee, Mr. Basse, Mr. Buehler, and
February 15th, noting that reservations have been made for Mayor
Ald. Narlock. Mr. Buehler requested that his reservation be
canceled as he will be unable to attend. Mr. Raimann indicated
that he could possibly attend the session in Mr. Buehler's place.
ADJOURNMENT - Mr. Buehler moved for adjournment, Mr. Basse
seconded the motion and the meeting adjourned at 9:06 P. M.
