MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 15, 1968

Mayor Wieselmann called the meeting to order at 8:05 P. M.
PRESENT: Mayor Donald Wieselmann, Chairman, Ald. Prank Narlock,
Sec'y, Alvin Basse, Charles Buehler and Mrs. Jean Sanders. Plan
Consultant Russell Knetzger and Building Inspector Gerald Lee
were also present.
MINVTES: Mrs. Sanders moved to approve the minutes of the previous
meeting of September 17, 1968, as mailed. Ald. Narlock seconded

PRANK PANCRATZ - Mr. Pancratz, president of Bristol Oaks
Golf & Country Club, Bristol, Wis., and Surveyor James Landry,
Elm Grove, appeared to discuss a proposal for a golf and country
club to be located on approximately 375 acres of property in

the southeast portion of the city. The Commission reviewed
a motel, country club, apartment & single family residential
development as well as some commercial development.

use for the golf course must be submitted to the Commission.
