PCM19680903ZITY PIAS COMMISSION CITY OF XIC'SKEGO MINUTES OF MEETING SEE. 3, 1968 CITY HALL Mayor Wieselmann called the meeting to order at 8:14 P. M. PRESENT: Mayor Donald Wieselmann, Chairman, Ald. Frank Narlock, Sec'y, Alvin Basse, Willard Bertram, Charles Buehler, Ed Kaimanr. and Mrs. Jean Sanders. Building Inspector Lee was also present. MINUTES: Mr. Raimann moved to approve the minutes of the previous meetinc of August 20. 1968. as mailed. Mr. Buehler seconded the Lake Drive. motion-and the motioi carrled. PERSONAL APPEARANCES """"" CLAlTON LEVERENCE - Mr. Leverence, S71 W17663 appeared seeking variance in accordance with Sec. 12 of the Sub- division Control Ordinance to enable the division of his property into two separate and buildable lots, these lots located at the above address. He advised that he is seeking this division at this time in order to have laterals installed when the sewers come through. would be sufficient, the average width of the proposed lots would not meet local requirements for this RS-3, OLS District, require- ment being 66 2/3' per lot. AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE - The Commission reviewed the following communication dated August 22, 1968, from City Attorney Buckley in answer to Building Inspector Lee’s request to revise the third paragraph, Page 9, Section 3 of the Zoning Ordinance. (Building Inspector Lee’s request included in its entirety in the Page 3 - Plan Commission September 3, 1968 Plan Commission minutes of June 18, 1968): Section 3.01 (3) (c), I do not believe it advisable to substitute City Attorney for Common Council. Since the City Attorney must prosecute ordinance violations I believe it is good that someone else make the determination.
