MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD APRIL 16, 1968
CITY HALL
Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 7:20 P. M.
PRESENT: Mayor Gottfried, William F. Chase, Willard Bertram,
Charles Buehler, Paul DeAngelis, Alderman S. Robert Lentini and
Ed Raimann.
STATE BANK, HALES CORNERS - Mayor Gottfried advised that the
State Bank, Hales Corners, has received a permit to establish a
branch bank in the City of Muskego, that land owned by Richard
Wittbrot at 17655 W. Janesville Road (Standard Oil Station) is
under option at the present time, and that the bank desires a
permit for a temporary motor bank unit and temporary sign on this
property. He pointed out that these will be temporary quarters as the
permanent location of the bank has not been determined.
The Commission reviewed a Plat of Survey of the property in
Hales Corners, permission to use a temporary mobile bank unit and
question and after discussion, Mr. Chase moved to grant State Bank,
Deriod not to exceed 6 months. Alderman Lentini seconded the motion
erect a sign for use in conjunction with said temporary bank for a
and the motion carried unanimously.
A!IJOURNMEKC - Mr. Chase moved for adjournment, Mr. DeAngelis
seconded the motion and the meeting was adjourned at 7:30 P. M.
