PARED BY THE FIRM OF DEQUARDO, ROBINSON & CROUCH IN JULY AND AUGUST, 1967, FOR THIS PROPOSED BUILDING. THESE INCLUDED
PLOT PLAN, FOUNDATION PLAN, GROUND FLOOR PLANS (I,NDICATING
A TOTAL AREA OF 21,832 SQ. FT. 1, ELEVATIONS, WALL SECTIONS,
ROOF FRAMING PLAN AND ROOM FINISH SCHEDULE. DRAINA~ AND
EXTERIOR LIGHTING WERE ALSO DISCUSSED. MR. SALENTINE ADVISED THAT HE DESIRED TO START BUILDING
AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS HE HAD RECENTLY SOLD HIS PRESENT
FACILITY. IT WAS THE COMMISSION'S DECISION TO APPROVE THE BUILDING

TIVE OF GRAVEL, INC., WHICH HAS AN EXTRACTIVE OPERATION IN THE
SE$ OF SEC. 5. HE ADVISED THE COMMISSION THAT HE WAS REQUESTING
WHERE RACINE AVE. WILL BE RELOCATED FOR THE REASON THAT THE
WITHDRAWAL OF THEIR APPLICATION TO EXTRACT GRAVEL IN THE AREA
EXACT LOCATION OF THIS PROPOSED ROAD HAS NOT AS YET BEEN
DETERMINED. HE ALSO POINTED OUT THAT THE RELOCATION OF HIWAY 15 WOULD ALSO MAKE SUBSTANTIAL CHANGES IN THE AREA AND
REQUESTED CONTINUING THE STATUS QUO UNTIL THESE PROJECTS HAVE
PROGRESSED SUFFICIENTLY TO DETERMINE MORE ADVANTAGEOUS LAND
USE. HE ALSO REQUESTED THAT SOME THOUGHT BE GIVEN TO THE
CONTINUATION OF THE OPERATION OF THE ASPHALT PLANT BECAUSE

PIT HAD INCREASED SUBSTANTIALLY IN THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS. MR. BUEHLER MOVED TO REFER THE GLOCKNER ENTERPRISES TO PLAN CONSULTANT KNETZGER FOR RECOMMENDATION. MR. CHASE
SECONDED THE MOTION AND THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
DR. HARPSTER WONDER - THE COMMISSION REVIEWED A SITE
PLAN WHICH INDICATED THE PARKING AREAS FOR THE PROPOSED
PROFESSIONAL CLINIC, Wl8OS27705 RACINE AVE. FINDING SAME TO
BE SATISFACTORY, ALDERMAN LENTINI MOVED TO APPROVE THIS SITE
PLAN. MR. BERTRAM SECONDED THE MOTION AND THE MOTION CARRIED
UNANIMOUSLY.
ANNEXATION - THE RECORDING SECRETARY READ ORDINANCE #84
ANNEXING CERTAIN PROPERTY OWNED BY PAYNE & DOLAN IN THE TOWN
OF VERNON TO THE CITY OF MUSKEGO. MAYOR GOTTFRIED EXPLAINED
THAT A RECOMMENDATION MUST BE MADE TO THE COMMON COUNCIL ON
THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION AS WELL AS TEMPORARY ZONING OF THE
AREA WHICH WILL BE ANNEXED. AFTER CONSIDERABLE DISCUSSION OF HOW THIS ANNEXATION
COULD BE BENEFICIAL TO THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, OBJECTIONS TO
AN ENLARGED GRAVEL OPERATION IN THE CITY, AFFECTS ON RESI-
MR. CHASE MOVED TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ANNEXATION,
THAT THE TEMPORARY ZONING BE CLASSIFIED AS AGRICULTURE!
