PRESENT: Mayor Jerome Gottfried, Chairman, William F. Chase, Sec'y, Willard Bertram, Charles Buehler, Paul DeAngelis and Ed Raimann. Plan Consultant Russell Knetzger 8: Building Inspector Lee were also present. ABSENT: Alderman S. Robert Lentini MINKCES: The minutes of the previous meeting, October 3, 1967, were approved as mailed. PERSONAL APPEARANCES: discuss his junking operation which is located in the NW$ of Section 12 along Tess Corners Dr. and Woods Rd. Building Inspector Lee reported that he had looked at the Glockner property, that Mr. Glockner is using excavating equipment indicating the continuance of an extractive operation. for junked auto bodies. It was also noted that the percolation which recommended approval of the Bourdo's certified survey map for a three tests were satisfactory. Mr. Buehler moved to accept the final plat for Leon Bourdo's land division in Sec. 31. Mr. DeAngelis seconded the motion and the motion carried unanimously. WESTVIEW SUBDIVISION - The Commission reviewed the report from the City Engineer which recommended approval of the certified survey map splitting recorded Lot I, Westview Subdivision into Parcel 1A and 1B. It was also noted that the percolation tests were satisfactory. in Westview Subdivision creating two parcels from the original Lot 1. Mr. Mr. Chase moved to accept this certified survey map for land division Bertram seconded the motion and the motion carried unanimously. MRS. A. HENDRICKSON - The certified survey map and percolation tests for this land division, Section 24, were not as yet submitted. WILFRED POSBRIG - The certified survey map for this 10+ acre land divi- sion, Sec. 24, was not submitted. * land division in Sec. 26 were not submitted.
