LESS RESTRICTIVE. THE FACT THAT THE STORE IS FAR BACK FROM

I AM ASSUMING THAT IT IS YOVR INTENTION TO CONTINVE WITH
THE ERECTION OF THIS FENCE WITH THE REHAININQ POLES. IF THIS
IS NOT THE CASE THEN THE POLES MUST BE REMOVED. A REASONABLE

HOWEVER, PLANNER KNETZGER POINTED OUT THAT THE ORDINANCE WAS
NOT EXPLICIT IN LIHITATION FOR PARKING AREAS.
MR. BUEHLER MOVED TO HOLD THIS MATTER IN ABEYANCE TO GIVE
THE COMHISSIONERS A CHANCE TO VIEW THE FENCE. MR. CHASE
