MAYOR GOTTFRIED CALLED THE MEETING TO ORDER AT 8:07 P. M. AND
INTRODUCED MR. ROBERT GUKIENY, REPRESENTATIVE OF THE PARK
AND RECREATION BOARD, NEW PLAN COMMISSION MEMBER REPLACING
MR. CLARENCE DAHLEN.
PRESENT: MAYOR JEROME GOTTFRIED, CHAIRMAN, WILLARD BERTRAM,
CHARLES BUEHLER, ROBERT GUMIENY AND ALDERKAN S. ROBERT LENTINI. PLAN CONSULTANT RUSSELL KNETZGER AND BUILDING INSPECTOR LEE WERE ALSO PRESENT.

THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED AS AMENDED.

THEIR PROPERTY IN THE SE+ OF SEC. 24, THIS TO BE A 50,000 SQ.
FT. LOT DIVIDED FROK PARCEL A AS SHOWN ON THE PRELIKINARY
PLAT SUBMITTED FOR A DIVISION WHICH WAS APPROVED JUNE 21, 1966. MR. & MRS. CONSTANTINEAU ADVISED THAT THEY DESIRE TO BUILD A
HOKE ON THIS LOT, ENTRANCE TO BE ON RYAN ROAD.
BE WILLING TO DESIGN THEIR HOKE so THAT ACCESS TO RYAN ROAD
PROPOSED ROAD IN THE FUTURE. MR. CONSTANTINEAU ANSWERED THAT
ACCESS TO RYAN ROAD. MR. CONSTANTINEAU ADVISED THAT THE
PLANNER KNETZGER QUESTIONED IF THE CONSTANTIREAU'S WOULD
WOULD BE TEKPORARY AND THAT PERKANENT ACCESS COULD BE TO THE

NEVER BE BUILT IF THIS DIVISION WERE ALLOWED. PLANNER RNETZGER POINTED OUT THAT THE COKKISSION COULD
DO ONE OF THREE THINGS - REQUEST THE ROAD TO BE PUT IN FOR
THE LENGTH OF THE PROPOSED LOT, REQUEST POSTING OF A ROAD
BOND, OR HAVE THE ROAD DEDICATED RATHER THAN RESERVED. AFTER CONSIDERABLE DISCUSSION, MR. BERTRAK MOVED THAT
THE COMMISSION WILL APPROVE THIS ADDITIONAL LAND DIVISION
AS PROPOSED PROVIDED THAT THE ROAD MUST BE BUILT A KINIMUM
OF 560' INTO THE PROPERTY ON THE ROAD RESERVATION AS SHOWN. MR. GUKIENY SECONDED THE KOTION AND THE MOTION CARRIED.

COMNISSION'S DECISION THAT IF THIS AVERAGE WIDTH COULD NOT
VARIANCE WOULD HAVE TO BE APPROVED BY THE GONNON COUNCIL, MR. POSBRIG TO BE so ADVISED. IT WAS ALSO NOTED THAT A ROAD
