MRS. PETERS PRESENTED A PLAT OF RIGET-OF-VAY OF THE LANE FROM HER PROPERTY TO EXISTING &CINE AVE. WOULD BE JUST PROPOSED ROUTE OF THE IkW &CINE APE. EXPLAINING THAT THE ACCESS EXTENDED TO THE NEW ROAD AND THE BOUNDARY OF HER LAND WOULD RENAIN ALONG THE EXISTING ROAD AS THE COUNTY PLANS TO RETAIN THE EXISTING ROAD WHEN THE NEW ROAD IS COKPLETED. THERE WAS CONSIDERABLE DISCUSSION OF THE PROPOSED PARWAY AND HOW IT AFFECTED MR. POSBRIO'S PROPOSED LOT. THE GONHI.YSION AND MR. POSBRIG REVIEWED THE CONTOUR HAPS AND DISCUSSED WHERE CmATED IN THE PATH OF THE EXTENSION OF HENNEBERRY DRIVE. THE LOT COULD BE CREATED. THE CONNISSION ADVISED MR. POSBRIG TO DISCUSS THIS WITH HIS SURVEYOR, ADVISING HIH OF THE PROPOSED PARKWAY, SO THAT ADVISED THAT 200' WAS TEE AVERAQE WIDTH FOR A PARCEL IN THIS AREA. AN AC.CEPTABLE LOT COULD BE CREATED. MR. ONE OF THE ISLANDS HAD NO4 BEEN NOVED IN ACCORDANCE WITH TEE THE CONDITIONAL USE COULD BE GRANTED WITH THE CONDITION THAT MR.
