PLANS WERE SUBMITTED FOR THE PRIVATE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM
TO SERVE THE PIGGLY-WIGGLY SUPERMARKET AND APPROVED BY THIS
DEPARTMENT. A copy OF THE LETTER OF APPROVAL IS BEING SENT
TO YOU. PLANS FOR A SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM TO SERVE THE FOUR
FICE. HOWEVER IN A TELEPHONE CONVERSATION WITH MR. HARRY
BERES, PLUMBING INSPECTOR FOR NEW BERLIN, IT WAS REPORTED TO
FAMILY APARTHENT BUILDING HAVE NOT BEEN SUBNITTED TO THIS OF-

STILL.

WITH A SIKILAR LINE FOR PERHAPS A MILE AND HALF AND THEN THE &d"
PLANNER KNETZGER ADVISED THAT ACCORDING TO THE ELECTRIC
ROUTES VARY AND THE LINES ARE PERHAPS To: APART. ACCORDING ,i.'

GAVE FOR NOT FOLLOWING THE ROUTE OF THE PRESENT LINE IS IN
CASE OF AN AIRPLANE CRASH WHICH COULD CAUSE A SITUATION SIMI-
LAR TO THE RECENT BLACKOUT IN NEW YORK. PLANNER KNETZCER
WAS DIRECTLY UNDER THE PATH OF THE OZARK AIRLINES.
POINTED OUT THAT THE AREA WHERE THE LINES WOULD RUN PARALLEL
PLANNER XNETZGER EXPRESSED CONCERN THAT THE PROPOSED
ROUTE WOULD CREATE PROBLEMS FOR FUTURE SUBDIVISIONS, PRIMARILY
IN SECTION 32. HE FURTHER STATED THAT THE TELEPHONE COMPANY
HAD AN EASEMENT ALONG POSBRIG'S SUBDIVISION WHICH WOULD
CREATE A PROBLEM AS A HIGH TENSION LINE COULD NOT BE PLACED
NEAR IT.
IT WAS THE COMMISSION'S OPINION THAT PERHAPS THE ELECTRIC
GO. WOULD CHANGE THEIR PROPOSED ROUTE SINCE THE PEOPLE IN
THE AREA ARE RELUCTANT TO GIVE EASEMENTS AND BECAUSE OF THE
OBJECTIONS OF THE PLAN COMMISSION. ACCORDING To HAROLD DEBACK, THE ELECTRIC GO. HAD BEEN
SECRETIVE ABOUT THE ENTIRE MATTER WHEN DISCUSSING THE PLANS
IT WAS THE COMMISSION'S DECISION THAT THE ELECTRIC GO. WITH FRO. PERTY OWNERS IN THE AREA.
BE INVITED TO SEND A REPRESENTATIVE TO THE NEXT MEETING, FEBRUARY 1ST AT 7:QQ O'CLOCK. IT WAS FURTHER AGREED THAT THE COMMON COUNCIL MEMBERS AND ATTORNEY WM. REILLY BE INVITED TO'
ATTEND. ALL INTERESTED CITIZENS WOULD BE WELCOME; HOWEVER, MAYOR GOTTFRIED ADVISED THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PARTI-
