Meeting called to order at 8:lO PM by Chairman, Mayor Gottfried.
Present were William F. Chase, Secly, Edmund Bu,dish, Charles Bu.ehler,

The following actions taken by this Commission:

Mr. Clarence Walrath moved that the Preliminary Plat and Certified
Su.rvey Map, prepared by D. W. Webster dated 7/i9/65, for 3.46 acres
be approved contingent upon completion of the Certified Survey Map
submitted. Seconded Mr. W. Bertram. Motion carried.
KENT PHILLIP - Mr. K. Phillip's request for operation of Electric
Motor rewinding and repair shop to be located in old Post Office
Bldg, on Racine Avenue 2 block sou,th of STH 24, was referred to Mr.
Lee with instru,ctions to advise Mr. Phillip that application of
Conditional Use will be necessary.
A. M. SHONG Mr. and Mrs. Shong appeared requ.esting Land Division
on their property located on College Avenu,e. Mr. Walrath moved
this matter be referred to Mr. Knetzger for further study since a
question of zoning district bou,ndaries is present in this area.

STATE SAND AND GRAVEL - Representatives presented to the Commission
the following Modification Plan of Operation because of the reloca-
tion of Crowbar Road:
The Plan of Operation for State Sand and Gravel in Section 18
of the City of Muskego be revised. as follows: Areas indicated
as A & B mined in stages (Al-B1) (A2-B2) etc., and to be rest-
ored progressively as previowly agreed, but not to extend
beyond the north line of the original ownership. At the time
Areas A & B are completed area C is to be mined. Mr. Budish
moved to accept modified Restoration Plan as presented. Sec-
onded Mr. Bu.ehler. Motion carried. A complete revised Rest-
oration Plan showing the revised cont0u.r lines will be pre-
sented to the Commission at their Aug. 9th meeting.

ALTON BOLDT - Preliminary plans for an addition to Boldtfs Processing
Plant were Dresented. Mr. KnetzRer advised the Commission that Mr.
Boldt shoulb apply for rezoning to 8-3 to place his operation in the
proper zoning district.
ENTRANCE SIGNS - Mr. Knetzger presented preliminary scetches on the
proposed signs. Mr. Bu,ehler mggested the JC'S erect Temporary
entrance signs until the Planned Signs are accepted by :he Cou,ncil.
This matter and suggestion was forwarded to the Pu,blic Welfare
Committie of the Common Cou.nci1.
CORNELIUS KATSFEY - Application for Land Division was deferred u.ntil
an opinion is received from the City Attorney relative to Land Divi-
sion in the City of Mu.skego.
Mr. Wm. Chase moved this Commission requ.est the Common Cou,ncil
$400.00 for the pu,rchase of three (3) Soil Survey Maps from SEWRP
transfer from the General Fu,nd to the Plan Commission, approximately

Revision of Subdivision Control Ordinance deferred.
Zoning amendment regarding Section 6.01s of zoning ordinance was
referred to Planning Consu.ltant for his recomendations.
On motion made by Mr. Bu,dish, seconded Mr. Bu.ehler meeting was
adjowned at 12:02 AM.
