MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 15, 1965
Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:15 P.M.
Willard Bertram, Charles Buehler, Clarence C. Walrath and Edmund A.
PRESENT: Mayor Jerome Gottfried, Chairman; William F. Chase, Sec'y;
Budish. Also present were Russell Knetzger, Consultant,and Gerald
Lee, Building Inspector.
ABSENT: John Meinhardt
MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting, June 1, 1965, were
amended on Page 3, Glendon Hill, to read in first sentence "...in
Section 3, adjacent to Oak Hill Estates", and add "The Commission
reviewed the Preliminary Plat of Survey". The minutes were approved
as amended.

ASSESSORtS PLAT OF BAY SHORE - The Commission reviewed the Assessorts
Plat of Bay Shores. Mayor Gottfried gave a brief summary as follows:
This plat had been developed but had never been recorded. Town
Board ordered an Assessorts Plat which was paid for by Mr. Richdorf
and lots were brought up to specifications wherever possible. Lot 2
is dedicated to permit back lots access to the lake. There are
proper easements for drainage and Mr. Richdorf will not ask for buil-
ding permits on lots owned by him until municip3 sewers are available.
Planner Knetzger recommended that the Plat be approved.
Mr. Chase moved, as seconded by Mr. Budish, to accept the
Assessorts Plat of Bay Shore Subdivision as presented. Motion
carried.
ADJOURNMENT: Mr. Walrath moved, as seconded by Mr. Chase, for
adjournment and the meeting was adjourned at ll:45 P.M.
