LEE. MINUTES OF THE JANUARY 25, 1965 MEETING WERE APPROVED. BASSE, SECTION 10 - MR. ALVIN BASSE AND MR. ROBERT GEBHARDT REQUESTED REZONING FROM RS-2 TO B-4 ZONING. MR. GE~HARDT WAS PRESENT TO DISCUSS REZONING SAME BEING REFERRED TO PLANNER FOR THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS. &'. JOHN SMOLEN - SECS. 13 & 14 - MR. SMOLEN APPEARED TO DISCUSS ,,.-,, && DIVISION OF LANDS. MR.
