MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING WERE REVIEWED AND APPROVED AS
AMENDED, AS FOLLOWS: PARA. 4, RE: NORTHLAND DEVELOPERS INC.,

APPROVAL OF A DIVISION OF LAND, NAMELY 5.45 ACRES, SEC. 17, FROM
A 84 ACRE TRACT, IN BEHALF OF MERLIN NIEMAN. ACCORDING TO THE
CROSSING THE WIS. ELEC. POWER Co. R-0-WAY. MR. DEBACK WHO IS
NIEMANS THERE IS PRESENTLY A RESIDENTIAL AND AGRICULTURAL ACCESS,
CONTEMPLATING PURCHASE OF THE 79.192 ACRES INTENDS TO FARM AREA
PRESENTLY, BUT IF DIVIDED FOR RESIDENTIAL USE AT A LATER DATE
COULD POSSIBLY OBTAIN LAND TO SOUTH, THUS USING WOODS ROAD AS IN-
GRESS & EGRESS. THE BOARD WAS VERY CONCERNED WITH THE POSSIBILITY
OF THE STATE HWAY COMMISSION TAKING AWAY MR. DEBACKS ACCESS ON
MR. CHASE MOVED, AS SECONDED BY MR. WALRATH, THAT THE PLAN GOMM.,
APPROVE THE DIVISION OF LAND AS SUBMITTED BY MERLIN &: HELEN NIEMAN,
ON THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF PT OF THE NW$ & SW$ - SEC. 17, T5N, R20E,
AND THAT SAID APPROVAL BE CONDITIONED UPON MR. NIEMAN BEING ABLE
TO PROVIDE - 1. ACCESS THROUGH THE S.b5 ACRE PARCEL TO THE 79.12
ACRE PARCEL, OR - 2. THAT A SATISFACTORY AGRICULTURAL ACCESS
ACROSS THE ELECTRIC COMPANY R-0-WAY TO STATE HIGHWAY 24, BE
OBTAINED. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
MR. ALVIN PLATZ APPEARED AGAIN SEEKING APPROVAL FOR DIVISION OF
LAND, N. SHORE DR., SEC. 32. MR. LOUIS LUDWIG, PREVIOUS OWNER,
FROM WILFRED POSBRIG AND IT WAS A GENTLEMAN'S AGREEMENT AT TIME
THAT THE 12' ON THE EAST WOULD BE RETURNED TO MR. POSBRIG WHEN
NEEDED FOR ROAD PURPOSES. THE PRESENT 48' ROAD RESERVATION AND
THE 12' WOULD OPEN UP LAND TO THE NORTH. IT SHALL BE NOTED IN
24 AT THE TIME OF DEVELOPMENT THUS LEAVING A LAND LOCKED PARCEL.
STATED THAT THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE OF TWO ACRES WAS PURCHASED
THE RECORDS THAT THE 10' NEEDED FOR ROAD DEDICATION ON THE WEST
SHALL BE OBTAINED FROM DR. ROHLOFF. MR. BUDISH MOVED, THAT THE ' COMMISSION ACCEPT THE PROPOSED DIVISION OF LAND BY MR. ALVIN PLATZ,
ON PT OF THE NW$, SEC. 32, CONDITIONED UPON SUBMITTAL OF COPIES
OF QUARTER SECTION MAP AND THAT CHANGE IS MADE ON SURVEY MAP
SHOWING ROAD DEDICATED, RATHER THAN RESERVED. MOTION SECONDED
BY MR. BUEHLER, MOTION CARRIED.
MR. LESTER TANS, PURCHASER MR. GIESEGH, AND SURVEYOR APPEARED
SEEKING FINAL APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR DIVISION OF
LAND, ON THE NE$, SEC. GkE FOLLOWING THE DISCUSSION CONCERNING
30' ROAD RESERVATION TO SOUTH AS SHOWN, PROPOSED DIVISION OF
PARCELS B, c AND D, USING CUL-DE-SAC TO SOUTH, A MOTION WAS MADE
BY MR. BUEHLER, AS SECONDED BY MR. BERTRAM, THAT THE PRELIMINARY
PLAT OF LANDS, SEC. 6, T5N, R20E, SUBMITTED BY LESTER TANS BE
USE T'HE DUL-DE-SAC AS PERMANENT ACCESS, THAT PARCEL B BE GRANTED
TEMPORARY ACCESS TO TANS DR,, AND THAT PROPOSED ROAD RESERVATION OF
30' AS SHOWN ALONG SOUTH LINE BE DELETED. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUS-
LY. IT SHALL BE NOTED THAT CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR PARCEL B SHALL
APPROVED CONDITIONED UPON THE FOLLOWING, THAT PARCELS B, c AND D
SHOW TEMPORARY ACCESS GRANT.

PLAT IN BEHALF OF JOHN SMOLEN FOR. DIVISION OF LANDS, SEC. 13 & 14. THE BOARD REVIEWED SAID PLAT DISCOVERING SEVERAL DISCREPANCIES
AND IN so DOING REFERRED TO CORRESPONDENCE DIRECTED TO MR. SMOLEN
RELATIVE TO A PREVIOUS ACTION. IT WAS AGREED BY THE BOARD THAT MR. SMOLEN PREPARE A PLAT AS PREVIOUSLY DIRECTED so THAT THE
BOARD CAN EITHER APPROVE OR DISAPPROVE.
MR. BUDISH MOVED, AS SECONDED BY MR. MEINHARDT THAT NELSON &
NAMELY, SUNNYSLOPE, CALHOUN OR MOORLAND, SUBMITTING SUD PROPOSAL
TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION FOR APPROVAL. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY
ASSOC., BE AUTHORIZED TO STUDY THE HIGHWAY EXTENSION TO THE NORTH,
PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS WILL BE HELD THE ?ST AND 3RD TUESDAYS
OF EACH MONTH, STARTING WITH THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY.
MR. CHASE BROUGHT UP SEVERAL QUESTIONS RELATIVE TO OCCUPANCY,AND
BUILDING PERMITS, AND BUILDING CODE. CHAIRMAN GOTTFRIED INFORMED
OF THE CODE AND PROBLEMS RELATED TO IT BY A COUNCIL COMMITTEE.
THE BOARD THAT CONSIDERATION WILL BE GIVEN TO POSSIBLE REVIISION
