LESTER TANS REQUESTED FINAL APPROVAL OF LAND DIVISION, SEc. 6. CLERK READ RECOMMENDATION RECEIVED FROM PLANNER WHICH WAS AS
FOLLOWS: MR. TANS DEDICATE 40' TO THE CENTERLINE OF TANS DR.,
TOTAL OF 80' RIGHT-OF-WAY AS ESTABLISHED BY MUSKEGO, LAYOUT ALL
OF THE LAND NOW FOR COMMISSION REVIEW EVEN THOUGH ONLY 1 LOT
MIGHT ACTUALLY BE RECORDED, LAYOUT AND RESERVE, OR DEDICATE, A

MR. MACHKOVICH MOVED, AS SECONDED BY MR. CHASE, THAT RECOMMENDATION
BE MADE TO THE CITY COUNCIL THAT PUBLIC HEARINGS BE SET FOR ANTONE-

AREA WOULD BE SPOT ZONING WHILE THE PLANNER SUGGESTED THAT THE AREA
COULD BE ENLARGED POSSIBLY, 500' IN DEPTH EXTENDING EAST ALONG 24
TO PRIVATE DRIVE RESULTING IN THE GENERAL CONCENSUS OF OPINION THAT
A EIORE RESTRICTIVE TYPE OF ZONING WOULD BE MORE ADVANTAGEOUS TO THIS
