PRIEGEL DOES NOT WISH TO BREAK SALES AGREEMENT AND ASKED WHAT COULD BE DONE IF CLIENT WERE IN A POSITION WHERE HE COULD NOT AFFORD MORE MONEY FOR THE LAND? THE BOARD STATED THAT THIS WAS NOT THE BOARD 'S PROBLEM, BUT ONE OF LAND DIVISION PROCEDURES. MR. BUEHLER MOVED THAT OF SURPEY INDICATING TIME OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE FROM MRS. E.
