ING PLANS FOR HIS STORE AND IF NOT GRANTED 8-2 ZONING WILL NOT
PROCEED WITH ADDITION AND IN ORDER TO ACCOMPLISH SANE WILL
PETITION FOR REZONING IF THE BOARD DOES NOT TAKE ACTION BY THEM-
SELVES. IT WAS THE GENERAL FEELING THAT SINCE RESIDENTIAL AREA
ABUTTS BOTH BUSINESSES THAT A PUBLIC HEARING SHOULDTHIRALLED
TO GIVE THOSE THAT llZIGHT BE AFFECTED A CHANCE TO MAKE WISHES
KNOWN. THE PLANNER WAS DIRECTED TO MAKE THEIR RECOMMENDATION
