CONSTANTINEAU STATED THAT HER WISH WOULD BE TO BUILD A DUPLEX TO MANY REASONS, LOCATION, SIZE OF PROPOSED AREA, ETC. MR. CHASE MOVED, AS SECONDED BY MR. LANGE, THAT THE BOARD REFER MRS. CONSTANTINEAU'S REQUEST FOR DIVISION OF LAND TO THE PLANNER FOR THEIR RECOMMENDATION AND UPON CONPLETION RETURN SAME TO MRS. GONSTANTINEAU WITH A COPY TO THE BOARD. MOTION PASSED. MR. WALTER BOHRER REQUESTED PERMISSION TO ERECT A FENCE WHICH WILL TO NORTH, ALONG LOT LINE TO REAR APPROXIMATELY 44" IN HEIGHT. SPITZNER SUBMITTED A PRELIMINARY ~ SKETCH AND THE BOARD SUGGESTED THAT IF IT IS THE INTENTION OF THE BUYER TO RE-SPLIT THE LAND AFTER SEWERS WERE MADE AYAILABLE THEY SHOULD RESERVE ENOUGH LAND AT THIS TIME ALONG THE ROAD FOR ACCESS A'ND AVERAGE WIDTH. HE EMPHASIZED THE IMPORTANCE OF THE TOWN'S WILLINGNESS AND REQUESTED THAT THE BOARD DO so FOR HIM. THE PLANNER MENTIONED THAT THE TOWN BOARD, MR. VM. REINHARDT OF THE STATE HWAY COMM., CONTROLLED ACCESSES THE FOLLOWING THURSDAY. MR. MARTIN GEDLEN, ATTORNEY, REQUESTED THAT THE BOARD CONSIDER THE OPERATION OF A REFUSE BURNER UNDER A COND. USE STATUS GRANT ON ONE ACRE NORTH OF MCSHANE. HE MENTIONED THAT MR. NORMAN THOMAS HAD NEGIOTATED PURCHASE OF ABOUT 30 ACRES FROM HALES CORNERSSAND & GRAVEL FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES. THE CHAIRMAN POINTED TO HELP BUSINESSMEN OBTAIN PROPER AND ADEQUATE HIGHWAY ACCESSES AND THEIR FIRM HAD ARRANGED A MEETING FOR PURPOSES OF DISCUSSING OUT THE MANY PROBLEMS WHICH WOULD HAVE TO BE SOLVED , SOME PERHAPS THROUGH LEGAL COUNSEL, AS TO TRANSFER OF RESTORATION BOND, EXPANS- ION OF PRESENT CONDITION USE?, ETC.. .. .A SALES REPRESENTATIVE, REPRESENTING THE BURNER MANUFACTURER, BRIEFLY EXPLAINED THE TYPE OF OPERATION SUGGESTING THAT THE BOARD EXAMINE SEVERAL AREAS IN WHICH THEIR TYPE OF BURNER WAS IN OPERATION - NAMELY CITY OF HARTFORD, VILLAGE OF MENOMONEE FALLS AND HIGHLAND PARK, ILL.
