M., with members Smith, Guhr, Cook, Budish and Machkovich present. Us0 present were .. Planner Nelson and Bldg. Insp. Lee.. The clerk read the public hearing notice and petition concerning same. Question - shall the foUovlng described property be rezoned from Res. A-3 to Local Business - pt NW; - Sec. 4 - 1.37 acres. Petitioner - Fred Farnworth of wI87:~6352 Gold Dr., Muskeg0 R1, Wis. Petitioner stated that his business is present* located in a barn to the rear of the. property along,"with a machine shed and pump house. He stated that when he purchased the land from M. Mr. Nelson and Lee were also present. The clerk read the minutes of the previous meeting and they were approved as read. Under old business - Mr. Sadler's problem concerning land he purchased from the Prospect Hills Development Corp. was discussed again. As stated in previous minutes Mr. $&.Ier's 6urvey.contained 0.643 acres instead of the required 1 acre for A-1 District. date there has been no evidence that the previous mer has adjusted.the land division. Mr. Sadler notified the building inspector verbally that land adjustment had been made, but that the parcel wwld still not contain the required 150 average width. Assessor Mr. Guhr moved, as seconded by Mr. Budish, that recommendation be made to the Twn Board that the folloving described property be rezoned from Res A-3 to Local Bus., Line Rd.,, thence east, measuring from the eastern edge of Gold Drive to intersect on pt liW* - Sec. 4 - area to ni 378.9' south, measuring from the center of T.wn with existin@; local business zoning and Town Line Rd. Motion carried. Mr. Machkwich moved, as seconded by Mr. Cook; that determination has been msde at this time that retail sales and service of pumps and related appliances shall be considered a local business zonl& use.
