THE CLERK READ THE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE AND PEPITION CONCERNING SAME.
MR. KEISER STATED THAT THE LAND ITSELF IS POOR FOR FARMING DUE TO
AND HIGH. THERE IS APPROX. 600' FROM EDGE OF LAND AND BEGINNING OF
MARSH WITH 66' RESERVED TO THE NORTH FOR MR. RIEGER'S ROW.
MR. DUVE ASKED WHETHER THIS WOULD MEAN THAT THE ENTIRE SECTION WOULD

THE CLERK READ THE MINUTES OF THE JUNE 2.5~~ MEETING AND THEY WERE
HELD ON JULY 23, 1962 AT 7:45 P.M. MEMBERS PRESENT WERE BOSTATER,
APPROVED AS READ.
WHEN ASKED HIS OPINION OF THIS PETITION MR. NELSON SAID THAT HE WOULD
FOR COUNTRY TYPE HOMES WITH MORE ACREAGE, FEELS THAT IT MOST IMPORTANT
TO HOLD DOWN DENSITY OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TO PRESERVE SOUND
ECONOMIC BASE, TOP0 MAPS GENERALLY SHOW THE AREA AS LOW AND FLAT
RESULTING IN A QUESTION WHETHER 1 ACRE MOULD PROVIDE ADEQUATE
SEWAGE DISPOSAL IN SOME AREAS.
MR. PARES MOVED, AS SECONDED BY MR. BOSTATER, THAT RECOMMENDATION
BE MADE TO THE TOWN BOARD THAT THE REQUEST FOR REZONING 43 ACRES
OF LAND FROM AGRIC. TO RES A-1 IN THE flW$ - SEC. 33 BY HANS KEISER
BE GRANTED. MOTION PASSED. MR. PARES AND MR. BOSTATER FELT THAT
THIS WOULD BE CONSISTENT WITH PREVIOUS ZONING OF SEC. 32.
AT THIS POINT MR. PARES AND MR. BOSTATER EXCUSED THEMSELVES.
REV. WHEELER OF THE CALVARY EVANGELICAL FREE CHURCH OF MUSKEGO RE-
QUESTED THAT A PUBLIC HEARING BE SET FOR THE PURPOSE OF ERECTING
COND. USE GRANT. IT IS THEIR INTENTION TO PURCHASE A CHURCH
PRESENTLY LOCATED ON LAYTON & FOREST HOME NOW KNOWN AS THE KING OF
GLORY LUTH. CHURCH AND MOVE IT TO THEIR PROPOSED SITE. MR. COOK
MOVED, AS SECONDED BY MR. BUDISH THAT A PUBLIC HEARIRG BE SET FOR AUGUST 6, 1962 AT 7-30 P.M., FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING WHETHER
A COND. USE STATUS SHOULD BE GRANTED TO THE CALVARY EVANGLICAL FREE CHURCH OF MUSKEGO. MOTION PASSED WITH THE CHAIR VOTING IN FAVOR. THE PLANNER REMINDED REV. WHEELER THAT LANDSCAPE TREATMENT SHOULD
A CHURCH AND PARSONAGE ON 2.23 ACRES OF LAND IN SEC. 17, UNDER A
BE SHOWN ON THEIR PLANS AND PBOPER PICTURES TAKEN CF THE PROPOSED

MR. LES FOHR REQUESTED PERMISSION OF THE BOARD TO DEVELOP LOTS IN
