MEMORANDUM REPORT 29, November 1961 To: Plan Commission Town of Muskego Re: Conditions Applicable to Ace Oil Filling Station: Highway YY and 24 Gentlemen: The following conditions are recommended to be made applicable to the grant of conditional use for a filling station as described above: 1. The grant shall be for a gasoline service station to be developed on the site as shown by the plans submitted and approved by the Commission. 2. Detailed planting plans shall be submitted for approval of the Planning Consultant. 3. At the time of installation lighting shall be checked to insure that it does not createa nuisance to adjoining property. 4. The type of building facing shall be subject to approval of the Plan- ning Consultant and the Building Inspector. a 5. Signs shall be limited to a single, free-standing trade sign, and a single station identification sign. 6. No streamers, banners or other advertising devices~ shall be per- mitted except for a two-week "opening" period. 7. No trucks, trailers or other vehicles or equipment shall be stored in the open on the premises except that a maximum of four private automobiles of customers may be parked overnight during the period of servicing. 8.
