THE FIRST ORDER OF BUSINESS WAS THE PRESENTATION OF THE APPLICATION
FOR A QUARRYING PERMIT UNDER SEC. 3.00 (4) (M) SUBMITTED BY HALES CORNERS SAND & GRAVEL INC. MR. BERNARD FREUDENFELD SUBMITTED ALL
RESTORATION PLAN, ETC. MR. FREUDENFELD STATED THAT THE BOND WOULD
INTEREST TO BE RETAINED BY HALES CORNERS SAND & GRAVEL. THE BUILDING
DETERMINE WHETHER THE AREA HAS BEEN PROPERLY RESTORED. MR. MACHKOVICH
