MEMBERS PRESENT - SMITH, COOK, BunIsH, PARES, BOSTATER, MACHKOVICH. ALSO PRESENT WERE NELSON, WOLF AND SCHROEDER. THE FIRST ORDER OF BUSINESS WAS THE PRESENTATION OF THE APPLICATION FOR A QUARRYING PERMIT UNDER SEC. 3.00 (4) (M) SUBMITTED BY HALES CORNERS SAND & GRAVEL INC. MR. BERNARD FREUDENFELD SUBMITTED ALL RESTORATION PLAN, ETC. MR. FREUDENFELD STATED THAT THE BOND WOULD INTEREST TO BE RETAINED BY HALES CORNERS SAND & GRAVEL. THE BUILDING DETERMINE WHETHER THE AREA HAS BEEN PROPERLY RESTORED. MR. MACHKOVICH 23~~; 1961 T CONS DER-,THE PETITION OF HALES CORNERS SAND & GRAVEL. MR. ART KILPS SUBMITTED THE NECESSARY CERTIFIED S VEY MAPS NEEDED FOR LAKE DENOON ESTATES. AN ERROR WAS DISCOVERED $8 NE SET AND IT SHALL BE CORRECTED BEFORE FORMAL ADOPTION. A NOTION WAS MADE BY MR. MACHKOVICH, AS SECONDED BY MR. COOK, THAT THE FINAL PLAT OF MOTION PASSED. ALSO SUBMITTED WAS THE PLAT OF HALE PARK WEST ADD. #2 FOR BOARD APPROVAL. MR. MACHKOVICH MOVED, AS SECONDED BY MR. BUDISH, THAT THE TENTATIVE PLAT OF HALE PARK WEST ADD. #2 BE APPROVED LAKE DENOON ESTATES BE ACCEPTED PURSUANT TO THE SUBD. CONTROL ORD. I ~ SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF THE ENGINEER. THE BOARD REQUESTED THAT THE 1 PLAN OF REDIVISION OF LOTS FOR SEWER PURPOSES BE SUBNITTED TO THE 1 BOARD FOR THE FILE. AN INFORMAL REQUEST WAS SUBMITTED BY THE CLERK IN BEHALF OF MRS. J. PAUL FOR THE OPERATION OF A DOG KENNEL ON 16.01 ACRES OF LAND IN THE SEg - SEC. 2. THIS TYPE OF OPERATION IS CONTROLLED BY SEC. 3.00 (C) OF-THE ZONING ORD. LESS THAN THREE ACRES OF PAUL'S LAND LIES WITHIN THIS WOULD THEREFORE REQUIRE A PETITION OF REZONING. THE GENERAL USE PLAN WAS DISCUSSED AND IT WAS MR. BOSTATER'S FEEL- MR. NELSON AGAIN REMINDED THE BOAR^ OF THE DIRE NEED OF ACHIEVING THE LOCAL BUSINESS ZONING, THE BALANCE WITHIN RESIDENTIAL ZONING. ING THAT THE FIVE-ACRE TRACT WOULD CUTDOWN ON POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT. *A STABLE ECONOMY IN ORDER TO SURVIVE AS A COMMUNITY. MOTION WAS HADE TO ADJOURN AT 10-30 P.M., AS SECONDED BY COOK.
