IT WAS MR. COOK'S SUGGESTION THAT THE BOARD ESTABLISH A PATTERN
MR. COOK THEN MOVED THAT THIS REQUEST FOR GOND. USE STATUS BE
TABLED UNTIL THE NEXT MEETING. MOTION SECONDED BY MR. PARES.
MR. NELSON THEN REMINDED THE BOARD THAT THEY SHOULD FIRST CONSIDER
CONSIDER ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN, SETBACK, OFFSETS, ETC. SOME OF
OF THE GRANT. THE PLANNER DID NOT OBJECT TO THE SITE, BUT DID FEEL
FOR CONDITIONS TO BE ADOPTED FOR OPERATION OF FILLING STATIONS.
WHETHER THEY WOULD FAVOR A FILLING STATION ON THIS CORNER AND THEN
THESE POINTS COULD BE CONTAINED WITHIN CONDITIONS SET FORTH AS PART
THAT IMPROVEMENT COULD BE MADE EGARDING ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND
ACCESSES. A CIRCULATORY $%%& WAS THE PLANNERS RECOXMENDATION. THREE SAMPLES OF ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN WAS VIEWED BY THE BOARD. MR. PARES QUESTIONED MR. HIRSCH WHETHER OTHER PROBLEMS WOULD DEVELOP
IF IT WAS FOUND INADVISABLE TO MOVE MR. MERE'S HOME ONTO THE WINTHER PROPERTY. YES, WAS MR. HIRSCH'S ANSWER - ONE OF A FINANCIAL
NATURE. IT WAS THE BOARD'S OPINION THAT THIS PROBLEN SHOULD NOT
