ZONING COHPIISSION WAS HELD ON OCTOBER 24, 1960 AT 9:Io P. Me

THEY WERE APPROVED AS READ.
MR. GEO MACHKOVICH REQUESTED PERHISSION TO BUILD A TWO-
FAMILY RANCH TYPE DUPLEX. HE STATED THAT HE KNEW THAT THE
LOCAL BUSINESS OR AGRICULTURAL AREA (CONTAINING AT LEAST 3
TO THE BEST POSSIBLE LOCATION OF SUCH A UNIT. HE WAS IN-
ZONING ORDINANCE DOES NOT ALLOW MULTIPLE UNITS EXCEPT IN A
ACRES) BUT HE WISHED TO OBTAIN AN OPINION OF THE BrOARD AS

HIS PROPOSED SERVICE STATION TO BE LOCATED ON THE CORNERS
OF LANNON & JANESVILLE RD. ON LOTS 31 & 32. HE STATED
THAT HE HAD RECEIVED APPROVAL FROM THE STATE REGARDING HIS
ACCESSES. HIS PROPOSED PLOT PLAN WAS SUBMITTED AND AFTER
REVIEWING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATIOIVS WERE MADE. THAT
ONLY, .THAT A 2' HEDGE BE PLANTED WITHIN THE TWO PAVED
THE SE ACCESS LOCATED ON JANESPILLE RD. BE HARKED ENTRANCE
CORNERS ON CENTER AND JANESVILLE & LANNON DR. AND JANESVILLE
AND ALSO IN THE CENTER PAVED AREA BETWEEN THE TWO JANESVILLE
STATED THAT HE WILL HAVE A SETBACK OF 85' AND IT WAS THE
OPINION OF THE BOARD THAT SECTION 3.09 (I)(c)(I) WOULD
APPLY IN THIS CASE. MR. CERWIN WAS REMINDED -THAT HE WOULD
HAVE TO FILE APPEAL PAPERS FOR HIS SETBACK FROM CENTER DR.
MR. & MRS. R. FERGUSON THEN APPEARED TO DISCUSS THEIR
THE PETITION APPLIED TO'THE NE$ OF SECTION I ONLY TO IN-
CLUDE PARCELS A,B,C;D-I, 2, 3 AND H, AND THE REQUEST WAS
TO CHANGE THE AREA FROEI RES. A-3 TO GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT.
THEY STATED THAT THEY WOULD LIKE TO COPIHERCIALIZE THE OUTSIDE
ACCESSES. THE SETBACK FROM 24 WAS DISCUSSED AND MR. CERWIN
PETITION FOR A CHANGE IN TEXT IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE.
OF THEIR BUILDING, BUILD A GARAGE TO HOUSE PLUMBING MATER-
IAL WHICH IS NOW STORED IN THE YARD. THE BOARD INQUIRED
THE GENERAL LAND USE PLAN WERE COMPLETED AND THEY STATED
IN SPRING. FOLLOWING AN INFORMAL DISCUSSION IT WAS AGREED
AS THIS BE HELD IN OBEYANCE UNTIL THE GENERAL LAND USE PLAN
HAS BEEN COMPLETED. IT WAS SUGGESTED TO MR. & MRS. R. FERGUSON THAT THEY FILE A PETITION CONCERNING THEIR OWN
SITE UNDER SEC. 3.18 LEGAL NONCONFORMING USES 5) COND. USE STATUS - SUBJECT TO PROVISIONS OF SEC. 3.0 Q ).. MRS. FERGUSON REQUESTED THAT MESSRS. FRANE, .GUMIENY, -FERBER, MUEBBEN, ACXMANN AND KAPKE BE INFORMED OF THIS DECISION.
MR. NELSON REQUESTED AUTHORITY ENABLING HIN TO OBTAIN
WHETHER IT WOULD BE POSSIBLE TO DEFER THEIR PLANS UNTIL
THAT THEY WOULD RATHER NOT DUE TO INCREASED BUILDING COSTS
THAT ANY REQUEST IN A CHANGE IN THE TEXT OF ZONING SUCH
BLUEPRINTS OF THE 4 SECTION AERIAL PHOTO PRINTS FROM
THE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION.
MR. ELSO SON ALSO SUGGESTED AND IT WAS UNANIMOUSLY AGREED
BY THE BOARD THAT AN AMENDNENT BE MADE TO SECTION V-B STREETS PARA. I4 - HALF STREETS. THE AHENDMENT SHALL
READ - HALF STREETS SHALL NOT BE PLATTED WITHOUT THE
APPROVAL OF THE PLAN COMXISSION.
MR. COOK THEN MADE A MOTION AS SECONDED BY MR. SORENSON
THAT .THE REQUEST FOR CONDITIONAL USE BE GRANTED ,TO THE BETHAL LUTHERAN CHURCH ON THE CONDITION THAT A PLANTING
XEDGE BE USED ALONG JANESVILLE RD. AND THIS REQUEST SHALL
BE GRANTED ON THE BASIS OF THE PLOT PLAN AND ARCHITECTURAL
PLAN AS SUBMITTED.
