November 25, 1959
The regular monthly meeting of the Muskego Planning and Zoning
Conrmisslon was held on November 23, 1959. The chairman called
were present; Gottfried, Cook, Pares, Budish and Guhr. Alao
the meeting to order at 8:25 P. M. and the following board members
present were P. White, L. Schroeder and Mr. Ball of Nelson & Ball.
The minutee of the October 12, 1959 meeting were read and approved
as read with the following corrections. Mr. Gubr is a member of
the Planning Commission. Mr. Pat White is not a member, but attends
the meetings as a Town Supervisor. Mr. Pares abstained from voting
regarding the Foth-OlMahar-Rohda petition for rezoning.
The minutes of the October 19, 1959 meethg were read and approved
as read with these corrections. Mr. ckrhr is a conmclasion member. Reference made to the club located in Bass Bay should be called the Sportmans Club Instead of Rod and Gun Club. The club is not
located In Holzls Subd., but on the John Schaafer property.
Mr. William Jansen appeared before the Cormaission re uesting that
12 acres, now owned by him, and located in the N.E. Section 13, Ta R20, Town of Muskego be rezoned from A-1 to lots-of 30,000 sq.
ft. or smaller. All lands surrounding these 12 acres are presentl$
zoned A-1. Mr. Jansen stated that excellent drainage exists in
the area. Mr. Jansen was InPormed that his request would be held
over for further discussion and study and he would be informed of
our decision. This request will be turned over to Nelson and
Ball for study and recommendation.
A petition for a change in zoning in text on map of Muskego
Zoning Ordinance, by %I1 Hribar, 10930 W. Loomls Rd., Hales
Corners, Wis., was read, copy of which is attached hereto. Mr.
Hribar request8 a permit to operate a quarry on Crowbar 'Road and
also on 5 acres owned by him located on Durham Drive. This same
October 19, 1959. (For legal description of the above - see formal
request had been made at a regular meeting of the commission on
application and minutes of the meeting of October 19, 1959.)
