The remar monthly meeting of the Muakego Planning and Zoning
Conunlsaion -8 called to order by the Chairman, Mr. Gottfried
October, were Bohrer, Czarnecki, Pares and Cook. Also present

The iirst order of business considered was the scheduled hearing
of one Leo Bednarski and his request was tbe consideration of the conmcLssion to the vacating of Lot 1, Block 1, Hole's Subd.,
Part of the a Section 13, Tg B2OE. Mr. Bednarski was asked
to give his version of the past history of the lot in question. Mr. BedPoPaki purchased the lot from B. Holz, Jr., In 1951 and
R. Hols Jr.18 onnership the lot VBB onned by R. Hole, Sr. and
has been paying taxes on the lot since that time. Prior to
they paid taxes on the lot. The subdivision is unrecorded and
purposes; namely park 1, 2, and 3. At We point Mrs. Y. Schubrlng

Mrs. Schbring raised the question as to whether or not the s(rme

The second scheduled hearing was that of one Edward Schleuter to

A Mr. Rnil Hribar, 10930 U. Loomis Rd., H. Corners, Wis., appeared
before the cammission to request pennissi&n to operate a gravel pit on Crowbar Bd., and also to discuss the land omed by him located
on Durham Dr. He stated that it is his intentions of restoring
the-five acres by developing a mall lake, area to cover about 4
acres and then build hlmself a home. There is approximately
20,000 yds of send, now stock-piled, which he would remove end
then fence in and would also level and elope the Kurtz property.
Mr. Hribar claimed that he never purohased land on Durham Dr.
