KOLM SECRETARY LEELIE 80REN80N October 15, 1959 The special meet- of the Muskego Planning and Zoning Comlsslon, held on October 12, 1959, was called to order at 8r@ P. M. by Chalrrman J. Oottfried. Members present were Sorenson, Cook, Bohrer, Czarnecki, Pares, L. Scbroeder, Bldg. Insp., and Tow of Muskego Supervieore D. Guhr and Patrick yhite. 'Ehe purpose of the meeting was explained by the chaiman and that was to deteamine the diapoeition of the petitions to amend the zoning of the folloving locations. Zoning ohangee were requested by Mr. He O'MahU, Me Foth and Ha %ha. Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 5, Bay Shore Bille from 8-2 Residential to Local Business. Lot 16, Block 6, Bay Shore Estates from Class B to Local Business. Pt @& Sec 8 TB WOE Cm 156 ft from E 1/16 cor; th so3 XOCY 443 ft to ctr of hy; th NJ480w 180 ft; th N63O U 725 ft; th E 766 ft to bgn. have to be taken. 1. Recommendation will be made to the tow board The chairman reminded the cammisalon that the following steps would to approve the amendment. 2. Recommendation will be made to the tom board to disapprove amendment. 3. Forward petitions of the rezoning without a reconmendation. A.motion vas made by L. Sorenson, as seoonded by W. Bohrer, that the chairman be directed toforward the petitions of the amended eon- request to the Town Board of Muskego ulthout reconrmendation. Mr. Cook raised the question of the advisement of do- so as a motion had been made by himself at the laet meeting that the issue at that time be tabled until a full board were preaent. A full count of the board was then taken by the chairman and Mr. Sorenson requested of the ohair that the question before the floor be voted upon. A poll of vote waa then taken regarding Sorenaonts motion. Mr. Cook voted against the motion nhlle the following voted in favor; Sorenson, Czarneckl, Bohrer, Pares and Gottfried. Motion oarried.
