Aletter written over the signature of Donald Kelps of Wm. Kilpa and Sons, Hales Corners, was read. The letter was written requesting per- nlssion to place a temporary sign for ninety days looatad at oorner of motion was made by B. Cook and seoonded by W. Bohrer that permission Poets Plaoe and highway 24, sixty feet from center of highway 24. A be granted m. mlps providing the sign be removed within ninety days from this date. Motion carried. The followlng petition8 were read all requesting change in zoning from Melfora Foth Warren Cook 1 lot Howard Rohda 1 lot mitten legal description was given as to land owned by each applicant. Plot plan of Bay Shore Rills accompanied the above petitions but no It being apparent that the zoning requested by the above petitions Would be objaotionable to the residents in this area a motion was ma& by B. Cook and seoonded by L. Sorenaon that an Informal meeting or hearing be held at Muskego Town Hall, 8:OO PM, August 25th.at which time everyone ooncerned could be heard. Motion carried. Edward Schleuter, 12020 W. Martin Rd., Hales Comere, appeared before the Commission with a formal petition requesting b-. a change whioh 18 now known as the John Hatemann property. He proposes to remove in zoning from A 3 to General Industrial of approximately eighteen acres the top soil from this tract of land toa maximum depth of eighteen Inches. He has a reatoration plan that would be carried out over a period of from five to ten ears. This petition was diaoussed and it was agreed that it woula be E est for the Commission to see this property before coming to a definite conolusion. Mrs. Ada C. Butcher, 7235 w. Wella Bt., Wauwatosa, made an informal informed that this same pieoe of property had oome up for dieouasion request to buld a shopping center at Teas Corners. Mrs. Butoher was befom the connnl8sion before by the previous owner who had the problem of acoess to the property Prom highway 24 and that the sme problem still existed.
