time everyone ooncerned could be heard. Motion carried.
Edward Schleuter, 12020 W. Martin Rd., Hales Comere, appeared before
the Commission with a formal petition requesting b-. a change
whioh 18 now known as the John Hatemann property. He proposes to remove
in zoning from A 3 to General Industrial of approximately eighteen acres
the top soil from this tract of land toa maximum depth of eighteen Inches.
He has a reatoration plan that would be carried out over a period of
from five to ten ears. This petition was diaoussed and it was agreed that it woula be E est for the Commission to see this property before
coming to a definite conolusion.
Mrs. Ada C. Butcher, 7235 w. Wella Bt., Wauwatosa, made an informal
informed that this same pieoe of property had oome up for dieouasion request to buld a shopping center at Teas Corners. Mrs. Butoher was
befom the connnl8sion before by the previous owner who had the problem of acoess to the property Prom highway 24 and that the sme problem still
existed.
There being no further business a motion to adjourn was made b~ L.
