The regular meeting of the Muskego Planning and Zoning Commission Members present; Czamecki, Bohrer, Sorenson, Gottfried, Cook, Pat White, Supervisor, L. C. Schroeder, Bldg. Inspector. Mr. Russell Watrous, 6920 S. Phyllis, H. Corners, appeared before the Commission in regard to survey and proposed subdivision submitted at a special meeting early in December, 19.5'8. This property is des- cribed as follows: Hillendale Heights, part of the SEk of Section 7 and part of the Sk$$ of Section 8, Hans C. Hansen property showing 55 acres. Naming of the roads was questioned. Mr. Watrous said he would submit a list stating results of percolation tests to the Town Board. Three cul-de-sacs will be provided and locations shown. Each home to have 1,200 square feet of living space and will have stone or brick fronts. Mr. Watrous was told that his request would be dis- cussed by the Commission and he would be informed by mail what action had been taken. Hr. PI. J. Gershon of the Jack Pollack Realty Co., 3933 I$. Center St., Milwaukee, Wis., appeared before the Commission and stated that he was on an exploratory mission and wanted our opinion on a proposition to build and sell homes in Muskego. Their plans include their own sewage system md water supply subject to restrictions set up by FHA. They propose to build on lots 75 by 150 feet. The property on which location; Section 35 T5N R20E.
