!the special meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission was
oalled to order at 7830 P.M.. on August .26, 1958.
Mmbers present were J. Go'ttfried, A. Kolm, W. Bohrer, A1
Caarnecki, B. D. Cook and the Town Attorney, .Mr. R. Hippenmeyer.
Those present of $he Hales Corners Sand & Gravel were Mr. John
Bablk, R. J. Foelker and Mr. B. Freudenfeld.
Mr. Hippenmeyer read the agpeement submitted by the Hales
Corners Sand & Gravel, a copy^ of which is attaohed as a part
of the minutes. Changes and insertions were made in agrement
with all parties in attendanoe. Mr. Oottfried inquired as to
&en the Hales Corners Sand & Gravel planned to oeaee present
operations and yas told. by approximately Nay 1, 1959. !be
new operation would begin as soon as the Tonn.Board of Pluskego
permitted operations at the new aite. A question was asked as
to the restoration of the existing pit and the Board felt
that same agrement should be made as to this restoration plan.
Mr. Freudenfeld said that Hales Corners Sand & Gravel Co. would
,suhuit a restoration plan as to its present pit restoration
and an appllaation for a permit.
This meeting was adjourned at 9x00 P.M. and a meeting will be
rewritten agreement and attached papers for the Hales Corners
called at a fitare date, by the,chhuan, to oonsider the
Sand and Gravel Co., neu pit operations.
