!&e regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Board was called
to order at 8145 P.M. by the Chairman, Mr. J. aottfried. Members
present were B.D. Cook, W. Bohrer, A. Kolm,~D. GWm and Pat White.
The regular minutes of July 21, 1958 were read and approved as read.
A petition by Mr. John Jung waa submitted to this Board asking
for a rezoning of an area, located in the Town of Muskego, from
Residential A-3 to Limited Industrial. The reason being; for the
erection of a building for the manufacturing of drain tile. !&e
proper application was submitted uith a plot plan and a list of
names of persons within 00 ft. of the proposed change of zoning.
This area lies in the S hJ of Section 25 and the land now is
owned by Mr. Jung.
A discussion was had by this Board and it is considering setting
up a larger industrial area. The Board also decided to look
at the property and a public hearing date shall be set dter
this Board has checked this area.
A conference was had by this Boar$ as to the Hales Corners Sand
and Gravel and it was decided to have a meeting with the gravel
pit owners and this Board shall arrive at a concrete agreement
between the Town and.the pit owners. Mr. Gottfrled shall notify
the owners and members of this Board as to the exact date.
Motion made to adjourn at 9130 P.M.
