Meeting called to order by Chairman Gottfried at 8:30 P.M. Mem-
bers present were Sorenson, Cook, Guhr, Bohrer, Czarnecki and
Mr. Gottfried.
Winutes of the regular meeting of April 21st were read and
approved as read.
Mr. Rex Milan again made a request to operate a boat livery
on his property located on Lake Denoon. Mr. Milan was reminded
that a special hearing was held to consider his request last
year and was turned down by those present who live in the
area. Mr. Milan was advised that the new ordinance called for
a three acre minimum. Therefore his holding In that area,
which does not comply with the ordinance, would prevent the
porarily for further discussion. Motion by Sorenson, seconded

Boat Livery has been denied because his land does not conform

Mr. Clifford Webb, R. R. 2, Box 751, Muskego, Wis., presented
a petition for change in text or map of Muskego Zoning Ordinance
requesting change in zoning to permit local business in place
of agriculture as it is presently zoned. Purpose for change
in zoning is to enable Mr. Webb to operate a fruit, vegetable
and farm produce stand or building on the property described
as follows: N.W. Corner, County Trmnk Y and Highway 24 -
266.44' on Highway 24 - 93.06' on Highway Y. Mr. Webb was
advised to contact the State Highway Commission to see if he
can get an access permit and the commission will give the
matter further consideration. Motion made by Czarnecki and
seconded by Guhr that Mr. Webb's request be granted and also
be rezoned from Agricultural to Local Business all that land
3001 dee from Highway Y along Highway 24 to South line of
Section E . Motion carried.
A request was made by William Kilps & Sons, 6501 S. 108th
St., Hales Corners, Wis., for approval of a new subdivision
to be known as Hale Park West, which is part of Section 1
and 2, TD R20E, Town of Muskego. Preliminary plat, per-

In view of the fact that Mr. Kolm has been absent from so
many meetings of the Zoning Commission it was sumested by
Czarnecki that Mr. Kolm be contacted by Mr. Gottfried to
determine whether or not he was interested in continuing
as a member and secretary of the Zoning Conmission.
The following members of the Commission made an inspection
of the holdings of the Valley Sand and Gravel Co., Gottfried,
Czarnecki, Bohrer, Cook. The purpose was to get better
made by Mr. Luckow to improve som of his land
acquainted with the operation and to consider proposals
for industrial purposes.
Motion to adjourn was made by Sorenson, seconded by Guhr. Mebting adjourned 10:22 P.M.
