Members present, Gottfried, Guhr, Bohrer, Cearnecki, Sorenaon
and Cook.
This meeting was called to decide on application made by George
building formerly occupied by Muskego Implement Co. location of
Maurice to occupy and conduct business of custom-machining in
which is: Immedlktely West of Count? Tr&k “Y‘l , sw i, Sec. 9,
Tn. 5 N, R 20 E.
Mr. Maurice is presently operating his business known as Lake,side
Tool and Machine Co. at 960 Lake Drive, Muskego. Members present
agreed that a business of this nature was not entirely suitable
at this location and that the situation would be improved by grant-
ing permission to move this operation to the location described
above even though it would not specifically conform to present
zoning.
It was moved by B.D.Cook that Mr. Maurice be permitted to occupy
and conduct the business of custom-machining at the new location
free of an accumulation of scrap metals and not create an unsightly
described above providing he agrees that the property be kept
condition whlch might become objectionable in the future, also
that the property will never be used for manufacturing in any sense
of the word outside of the present term of custom-machining. Use
of one punch-press to be permitted for test purposes only. klso
in the event that this property be sold at a later date thie agree-
ment rill expire as of that date. Motion seconded by L. Sorenaon,
all present voted in favor.
A copy of the above agreement is to be signed by Mr. Kaurice and
attached hereto.
