Regular meeting of the Plarning & Zoning Commission called to order
at 8:10 P.M. December 16, 1957 by Chairman Mr. Gottfried. Members
present were Bohrer, Cook, Kolm and Sorenson.

Awl to A-3. Mr. Cook made a motion that this request be denied and
Mr. Sorenson seconded We motion. All members voted for the motion.
The request of Mrs. John Knutowski asking to change 35 acresfi
Section 18 from Agricultural Zoning to Residential A-1 was dis-
cussed. Mr. Cook made a motion that this request be denied, reason
being that this area had been set aside for Industrial Zoning
of the industrial action. Motion was seconded by Les Sorenson.
and any action on this area is now held up pending the disposition

A-2, as requested by Mr. Burl Gose who represents Mr. Bosch, was

off action on this area until the Board looked at this property
