The regular monthly meetin of the Muskego Planning and Zoning
Commission was openned at # :00 P.M., by Chairman Jerome Gottfried.
Members present were W. Bohrer, A1 Czarnecki, B. D. Cook, Father
Leonard Drewek, representing St. Leonard's Parish, made an in-
formal request for permission to conduct-weekly auctions in a
barn building, located on the ST. Martins Rd., South of Tess
Corners. No action was taken at thidime on this request with the
exception that it was unanimously agreed that we seek legal
opinion on the matter.
Mr. John Couture, representing Hales Corners Sand and Gravel Co.,
request made for change in zoning February 18, 1957. Their plans
and Mr. Ray Foelker appeared before the commission to reopen a
not being complete and not in conformation to zoning practice they
were instructed to submit proper drawings and their plans in
detail at our next regular meeting.
Mr. Anton Shaikis, R. 2, Box 649, Hales Corners made an informal
request to zone 17 acres of land located in Section 24 (NE $ SEC.)
on Durham Road from Agricultural to A-2. This request was held
over for further consideration.
A review of the new Muskego Zoning Ordinance was made and various
by W. Bohrer that we recommend the Muskego Zoning Ordinance as
changes were made. It was moved by A1 Czarnecki and seconded
amended under date of October 20, 1957. Motion carried.
It was moved by W. Bohrer and seconded by A1 Czarnecki that we
adjourn. Motion carried. Meeting was adjourned at 12:OO P.M.
