COOK August 19, 1957 KOLM BECRETAmI LESLIE SORENSON Regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Board was called to order by the Chairman Mr. Jerome Gottfried at 8:15 P.M., August 19, 1957. Members present were A1 Czamecki, Art Kolm, B. D. Cook and L. Sorenson. Minutes of the regular minutes of July, 1957 were read and approved. The special minutes of the August 7th meeting were read and approved. Mr. Gottfried asked if there were any persons present for questions. Mr. Ralph Zamjahn representing August Priegel's Tavern stated that he was one of the oldest in the area. He stated that he would like to apply for a revised regulation which would permit him to remove hate description is as follows: Si of lot 3 Section 13 Town 5 N R200 the existing building and erect a new building 38 x 26 ona lot approx- Mr. Cook asked Mr. Zamjahn if this was government property. Mr. East containing 16.72 acres. No existing survey with this request. Zamjahn said he was sure it was not. Mr. Zamjahn was informed that he should submit a written request for a Conditional Use Status. He was also told to bring a plot plan showing the location of the new building. Mr. Gottfried informed theapplicant that as soon as he would bring the required information he would call a special meeting of this board to consider this request. Mr. Don Hollister of the County Planning Board gave a detailed talk and illustration of the new contemplated numbering system for the Questions were answered from the floor as the illustrations were county and its relation to Milwaukee's House Numbering System. presented. A motion was made by A1 Czarnecki that this board recommend that the Town Board adopt the new uniform address system for Waukesha County as approved by the Waukesha County Board. Motion seconded by B. D. Cook and all members present voted for the motion. Mr. A1 Czamecki, as Postmaster of Muskego representing the U. S. P. 0. Dept., request that this board grant the U. S. P. 0. permission to erect a postoffice on a 150 ft. lot located on Highway 24 about 300 ft. East of Lannon Drive in accordance to his letter attached to these minutes. Nr. E. D. Cook made a motionthat this board grant permission to the U. S. Post Office Dept. to build in this area subject to the Local A. H. Kclm. Motion passed by all members present.
