'ttfried, W. Bohrer, A. Czarnecki & B. Cook.
A committee of three representing the Tess Corners Volunteer
Fire Department consisting of H. Imme, Marvin Kurch, Bob Gumieny,
presented a letter requesting permission to erect a fire house
on a three acre lot in an area presently Zoned B-Residential,
located in Section 2 - S.E. *, just West of Highway 24. Letter,
copy of which is attached to original minutes of this meeting,
signed by Howard E. Imme, V. P.
Motion made by A1 Czarnecki and seconded by B. D. Cook that per-
mission to erect fire house be granted according to Section 3, Sub-
heading 3, Paragraph 4 of Muskego Planning & Zoning Ordinance.
A letter was presented by Mr. Merle Hampe signed by him as
Moderator of Muskego Community Church requestinglpermissionlto
build a church on 5 acres of land located N. E. of S. W. of
Trunk "Y".
Section 16, 2 mile South of Woods Road on East side of County
Motion made by A1 Czarnecki and seconded by B. D. Cook that the
site for erection of Muskego Community Church be approved on
above location.
Motion carried. Approval based on Section 3, Subsection F -
Paragraph 4.
