The regular meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission was called
present were A1 Czarnecki, W. Bohrer, Arthur Kolm, and L. Sorenson.
to order by the Chairman J. Gottfried at 8:15 P. M. Members
Minutes of the previous regular meeting and the special meeting
of July 1, 1957 were read and approved.
A motion was made by L. Sorenson and seconded by W. Bohrer that
all previous actions taken by the board be reviewed by all mem-
bers and if these members found no differences with any discuss-
ions previously made by the next regular meeting that all previous
actions would stand as now shown in all previous minutes. All
members present voted for the motion.
A letter from Mr. Hippenmeyer to Mr. Gottfried dated June 28, 1957
when a permit to expand was given him. M r. Hippenmeyer was of
expressing his opinion on the Lindneris ocder to erect a fence
the opinion that Mr. Lindner had until Sept. 21, 1957 to comply.
This letter was read to the commission by the secretary. A motion
was made by Mr. Bohrer that the building inspector be informed
of any restrictions that were made in granting a zoning permit
and a permit not be issued until a signed affidavit by the
be given. Motion seconded by A1 Czarnecki. All members present

A discussion was had as to public access to the lakes and after
a lengthy review, Mr. Gottfried said he would contact the Town
Attorney as to proper procedure as to various types of so called
accesses.

Park and Planning Commission and said they are working on some
golf, boating, swinnning, etc. or patterned after the Milwaukee
sites. Mr. Gottfried stated that they would like something for
system whichis considered one of the best.
A suggestion was made as to a special meeting being called for a
uniform address system. Mr. Gottfried will notify the board
as to the date.
A motion was made to adjourn at 10:30 P. M.
