PCM19570701Minutes of a Special Meeting of the Muskego Planning and
Zoning Commission held on July 1, 1957.
Meeting was called to order at 7845 P. M., Czamecki, Bohrer,
Gottfried and Sorenson being present.
This meeting was called specifically to act on Mr. Rex Milem~s
request that the location and plan of operation of a proposed
boat livery be approved in, order that the Muskego Town Board
could issue him a license.
His request was made under Section A 1 - i (a) of the Town
of Muskego Zoning Ordinance.
A ballot vote was taken and the commission unanimously denied
his petition for the following reasons.
A. Access to the land in question was very poor,
the road being a single lane.
B. !Che area involved could prove troublesome in
providing adequate parking and sanitation facilities.
C. The nature of the business due to noise and dust
could be detrimental to the future development
of this A District.
