The regular meeting of the Planning Commission was called to order
by Acting Chairman Mr. B. D.. Cook at.9115 P.M., June 17, 1957.
Members present were A. H..Kolm, Walter BohPer, L. Sorenson and
J. Clottfried. Minutea of the meeting of.May 21,.1957 were read
and approved as read.
The Rex Milam case was brought up for discussian. Mr. Beher made
a motion to inspect the site for parking, septic systems and all
ether requirements neaesaary for this purpose. Inspection shall be
made at 7:30 P. M., Wednesday, June 18, 1957. Metien seconded by L. Sorenson. Mamber.a wfio voted-for this motion were Cook, Bohrer,
Gettfried and Sorenscon. Mr. Kolm abstained from voting. Public
Liverys were discussed and it.was suggested that this Board check
all lakes in this area for public aocess and make a note of same.
The new zoning map was brought up for discussion showing changes made
and a new map was submitted to the Board showing these changes. Mr. Lindnergs case was brought to the floor and Mr. Qottfried was
asked to have the Town follow-up on the requiraments set into the granting of his petition and ask that these conditione be met.
Motion was made to adjourn at 1O:OO P. M.
