KOLM SECRETARY LEBUE BORENBON Regular meeting of the Town of Muskego Planning and Zoning Board held at the Town Hall on Narch 18, 1957. The meeting was called to order Bohrer and B. D. Cook, Acting Secretary. at 8:3O P. M. by the chairman. Members present were Czarnecki and Minutes of the last meeting of February 18, 1957 were read and approved as read. Mr. David and John Couture, representing the Development Corporation of America, appeared before the Board and requested a hearing for approval of a-proposed private park or parks located as follows: No. 1 in Northeast '4; of Section 1, Town 5 North, Range 20 East in the Town of Muskego, approximately two acres and centrally located in Fountain- wood Addition #l. Parcel #2 being too vaguely outlined cannot be given consideration until more definite infomation on it is received such as exact size and location, etc. ' disposal of his request for rezoning a parcel of land in Section 14 Mr. G. Bembe appeared before the Board seeking infomation as to the which is now zoned Residential A-1. He had requested that this area be rezoned for local business. Mr. Berube was informed that the Board would notify him as to what decision was arrived at in this matter. Motion was made by W. Bohrer and seconded by B. Cook that land divided by North line of Section 14 at the intersection of Durham Drive be re- zoned from present zoning A-1 and Agricultural to Local Business, 300 feet North and 300 feet South of section line on both sides of the road. Motion was carried. The next order of business was the scheduled Public Hearing regarding the request of Mr. Russel F. Paepke, R. 2, Hales Corners, Wis., to operate a Boat Livery on Big Muskego Lake at Ryan and Boxhorn Road. Mr. Robert Unger, R. 2, Hales Corners, Wis., and Nr. Vern Leonard, R. 2, Hales Corners, Wis., were present and were in favor of a Boat Livery at this location. No one appeared to oppose. Motion was made by W. Bo'mer, seconded by B. Cook that Mr. Paepke be informed providing all rules and regulations of the Boat Ordinance are that the Commission hereby grants permission to operate a Boat Livery complied with. Motion was carried. PIr. James D. Dawson, R. 1, Franksville, Wis., presented a formal re- quest to rezone from Limited Industrial District to General Industrial District sixty acres of land described as follows: SW .k of NW 4 of Section 18, TSN, R-20E. Also part of SW 14 of Section 18, T5N,-R20E. Description as follows: Commence at West 4 Post, thence South 1070.521 (64.88 rods); thence East 481.305' (29.17 rods); thence North 1070.52'. Mr. John J. Babich, 1713 Palaric, Racine, Wis., and Mr. Raymond Foelker, 208 North 116th St., Wauwatosa, Wis., appeared before the Board and made an informal request that permission be granted for being an informal request and not properly prepared for presentation then to extend their present gravel pit in Section 12. This Pk. Babich was instructed to prepare drawings that would be more specific. He was also instructed to give the Board a letter stating what would be done with this land after the gravel was removed. It was decided by the Board to inspect this land before arriving at a decision. Motion was made to adjourn by 14. Bohrer, seconded by B. Cook. Pieeting was adjourned at 11:55 P. M.
