Neeting was called to order by the Chairman, Mr. Czarneck1 at 7:55 P.M.
Xemhers present were Czarnecki, Bohrer, Cook, Kolm. Two members of the
Town Board of Nuskego were present, Mr. Jerome Gottfried and Plr. Delbert
Guhr .
The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved as read.
Mr. Lloyd Erno, El. R. 2, Box 703, Hales Corners, Wis., presented a
petition for change in text on map of Muskego Zoning Ordinance, a
copy of which is attached hereto and becomes a part of the minutes
PIr. Bohrer that Mr. Erno's request be granted and that he he permitted
of th.is meeting. A motion was made by B. D. Cook and seconded by
present zoning which is A-1 Residentizl. Motion was carried. Mr. Erno
to proceed according to his request for non-conforming use under the

PIP. Rex Milan asked the Planning and Zoning Board for permission to
operate a Boat Livery on Lake Denoon. Following a discussion by the
board with Mr. Milan he was advised that the hoard would check into
his requ-est and consider all information pertaining to same and
advise him.
PIP. G. Beruhe appeared in reference to a petition pertaining to amend-
ing the Town Ordinance Zoning Area located in Section 14, now zoned
as Residential A-1 to Local Business. Mr. Berube purchased this
petition for the present until this board checks the site and adjoin-
land in December, 1956. Mr. Cook made a motion that we set aside this
ing property. he shall then advise Nilr. Berube of our find?-ngs.
Motion was seconded by I%?. L. Sorenson. All members voted in favor
of the motion.
Motion was then made to adjourn at 8:45 P.N.
