PCM19561217aMinutes of regular meeting of December 17, 1956. Meeting was called to order,by acting chairman, B. Cook, at 8:OO P.M. Members present: B. Cook, W. Borher, L. Sorenson. Pirst act of bussicess$-Katt Richdorf-Presented partiuon for lots #1-#2-#3 in block #5 of' Bay Shore Hills Sub-division and lots #15- #16 in Block #4 and lot #16 in Block #16 Bay Shore Estates Sub-div- ision to be spot zoned for Bussiness as in the recorded plot 1950 June 26 and april 18, 1947- Motion made by W. Borher and seconded by L. Sorenson to take it under advisement until the full board Could be consulted, he explained all about it and asked th,.at we inform non-present members so that they could fully understand his Situation. Matt Richdorf asked about lot on Old Jensen farm at corner Of Hy HhE and H+HSB and Martin Dr. He asked about the three hundred foot bussiness front and if we could make it-3gQ-350 feet. We advised him to make plan and return with full information. Second Case- Me1 Foth asked about cutting lots 7 and 8 in Bay Shore est Estates in 1/2 and having 100 feet front on Circle Drive and 375 feet 'a 1 on Oak Grove side. We advised him to make plan and return with full information at next meeting. Mr. Don Hollister- Mukwango- called about the county house numbering system and we asked him to come back at our next meeting, Janusry 21, 1957. when our board could all be here and we would like to have the town board members, and the appeal board members here also to hear about the system as it is laid out at this time.
