The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Board was called to
order on October 15, 1956 at 8:ls P.M., by the Chairman, Ink. Albert
Czarnecki. idlembers present were IW. Bohrer and MT. Koh. Also
present were Town Board members m. Breunig, Chairman and Mr.
Gottfried, Supervisor.
Irdnutes of the regular meeting of September 17, 1956 were read
and approved. The minutes of the special meeting of September 25, $956 were read and approved.
A model ordinance, with reference to the location and operation
which is patterned after the county ordinance. After due dis-
of quarrying in the Town of mskego, was submitted to the board
cussion by members the following action was taken. A motion was
made by m. nolm, seconded by IW. Bohrer, that we recommend that
the Town Board revise their existing ordinance governing qumry-
ing and pattern same after this ordinance which we hereby forward
to the Town Beard for further action. The motion was voted on by
all members present.
The corrected plea file of the Valley Sand and Gravel Company
made by IW. Bohrer, seconded by m. Holm, that action on this
was brought up for action and on receiving same a motion was
ordinance be tabled while further study is made and the recomend-
ation by other members, absent at this time, is received.
A question was brought up at this meeting with reference te
Bergens Island as to what zone it is in. On checking the minutes
of June 2, 1955 it refers to the discussion of this board that
this area is considered to be in "Residential B".
