EOLM BLCRETARI LEISJJE BORENEON The regular meeting of the Plmin and Zoning Commission was called to order by the President, A1 Czarnecki at 8 P.M., September 17, 1956. Members present were Mr. Cook, Holm, and Sorenson. Mr. Breunig, Mr. Guhr and I", Gottfried Of the Tom Board were also present. The minutes of the regular meeting of August 20, 1956 were read and approved. Mr. *ancis P. Rooney, R, 2, Mukwonago, Wis., regarding a petition to re- zone a parcel of land described as: The 7 acres in the s. W. 4 Section of which are now zoned Agricultural, be rezoned to A-1 Residential. Mr. Section 30 Township 5 Range 20 East, bordering on Kelsey and CFOWbJbar Dr., Rooney stated he needed the money from the sale of lots to live on and help pay his back taxes. On a motion by Nr. Cook that this board rezone Residential, all the area shown as Agricultural in Section 31 and the the area requested, plus the following area from Agricultural to A-1 portion of the Sb W. 4 Section of Section 30 North of the Kelsey Road Motion seconded by Art Kolm. All members voted for this motion. to a point North as far as the adjoining A-1 Zoning in Section 30. a. Roy Bodendorfer of 6940 W. Howard Ave., Milwaukee 19, Wis., came to the Cormnission asking about the existing zoning In Section 11 horn as the Lloyd Ruehl Farm. Mr. Ed. Griffith, who is in the real estate business, explained that the new buyer planned to remove an existing run-down barn people boarding them at this property. There is an exieting 36 x 68 barn and erect R new barn 30 x 80 for inside riding and training of horses b now on these premises. plr. Cook made a motion that the president instruct the secretary to write a letter to Mr. Bodendorfer advising him that as barn for that purpose would not be permitted. Mr. Ed Jarczewski, R. 1, Muskego, Wis., appeared to ask about building a and we having no juriediction over this matter referred him back to the garage on his land. This had already been petitioned to the Appeal Board Board of Appeals. A vote The petition of Valley Sand arid Gravel requesting that the following be considered for rezoning: That all of the N. W. p of Section 5 TSN R2a6 Town of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wis.,-be rezoned from A-2 to General Indus- trial District. That all of the East Q of the N. Section 6 TSN R20 Tom of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wis., a ~ after examining the petition an error was found as to the deacription from A-2 to Am1 and the Chairman instructed the secretary to write of the existing zoning mentioned in Section 5. This should be changed the petitioner to change his application accordhgly and re-submit same, and the zoning board was instructed to meet with the owners at a futture date and examine the proposed area to be rezoned. On a petition to rezone the four cornera at Kelsey Road and Highway "Y" motion was made by Mr. Cook, seconded by W.
